I absolutely love this office. The office goes above and beyond to ensure all levels of cleanliness. The staff is professional and welcoming! My hygienist was extremely thorough and gentle, answering all of my questions. I’ve tried several dentists in the area and Dr Thompson and staff are above the rest!

Excellent care, super friendly staff, beautiful building and views. I know going to the dentist is not something most people look forward to, but Pine Creek Dental is such a positive experience, from start to finish. Every person I've met has been so friendly and caring. The facility itself is gorgeous and modern (with unobstructed patient views of the snow-capped mountains), but feels homey, welcoming, and spacious in its design. I need frequent teeth cleanings, and my first experience here (with hygienist Heather) was a comfortable, welcoming experience that felt more like a partnership than a service. I saw immediate improvement in my gums within 24 hours (they use high tech bacteria-killing tools I've never seen, but wow). The doctor has put a lot of thought and care into his practice here and it shows. All of that is even before considering that they can do crowns SAME DAY (in-house creation while you wait) and X-rays are painless (no pokey film cartridges in your mouth). They're also not so overbooked that you have to wait months to be seen. I was able to get appointments within a week of calling. I can't say enough good things about Pine Creek Dental. Definitely come check them out for yourself.

We love how peaceful and relaxed the environment at Pine Creek Dental is. The attention to detail, latest technology, and caring staff make it a pleasure to go to the dentist. I love it for my 10 year old daughter. We left a “kid” dentist for Pine Creek because it was simply over stimulating and frankly I felt like we were just faces there. I highly recommend Pine Creek!

I have been going to Pine Creek Dental for as long as I can remember and they have always taken good care of me! Incredible team of people and they always make me feel welcome! They know your name as soon as you walk through the door no matter who is working the front desk and the thing I love most is that they actually explain what they are doing while they are working. I love being able to know what's going on and I'm never ignored while in the chair! I don't think I could ever see myself going anywhere else. They're the only dentist I've ever known and loved!!

About a year ago, Dr. Thompson spoke the five words every dental patient dreads most: “You need a root canal.” Years ago, a previous dentist had told me I was very hard to sedate. He even gave up after repeated injections failed to numb my sensitivity, and suggested we reschedule the surgery for my crown. He said he hoped his injections might be more effective at a later date. He couldn’t explain why, just said it might be psychological and maybe another day I would be calmer. Remembering that terrible experience, my stress meter sent me an alarm. But Dr. Thompson assured me he would manage the pain and keep me comfortable during the procedure, and he did. He is professional, confident, and calm, and he frequently asked about my comfort level during the procedure. Afterward I thanked him for getting me through it all without pain. He took my gratitude in stride and just asked me to share the news that root canals don’t have to hurt. His entire staff is highly trained, professional, and empathetic. Last week I returned to have a filling replaced and once again - a pain free experience! Pine Creek Dental is the best.

Yesterday I had a life-changing dental visit at Pine Creek Dental! After 20 years of missing two molars, one upper left and one lower right, I no longer have large holes in my smile that I’ve been so self-conscious about for decades. The BEST part is, Dr. Thompson makes crowns and bridges in-house, it’s amazing! To facilitate getting so much dental work done in the short time we’re visiting Colorado Springs, the wonderful staff worked their magic to get me in early in the day to prepare the spaces and surrounding four teeth, build the two bridges in-house, then set the bridges — and I walked out the same day with beautiful new teeth to show off! It’s dental MAGIC! I was expecting to love smiling without dark holes in my smile, but what has been even better is, being able to eat food easily after decades of struggling to chew on both sides of my back teeth. Dr. Thompson was so great explaining all my options to replace my missing molars. The staff makes every visit and every client feel comfortable and relaxed. The new office, conveniently located with the best view of the Air Force Academy right on I-25, is stunning and feels more like a spa than a dental office — in fact, they now offer great aesthetics services making it convenient to get facials and Botox after dental appointments or while waiting on family to get their teeth cleaned. I did! I can’t say or recommend Pine Creek Dental, Dr. Thompson, and the best dental staff enough! Thank you for making my smile beautiful again and making my life better! I plan on smiling bigger and eating steak tonight to celebrate!

Wanted to give a huge shout out to Dr Thompson, his dental assistant Mary and his administrative staff for providing outstanding care during my appointment today. Not many folks like dental cleanings but Mary makes it almost enjoyable. Recommend this Dental Clinic to anybody looking for dental care.

My whole family has been going to Pine Creek Dental for years. Dr.. Thompson and his staff are very caring and professional. The treatment is thorough without being invasive. Dr. Thompson goes out of his way to make sure I'm comfortable. That I understand the treatments he is giving me and that I'm okay. I've had a crown, fillings and just plain X-rays and cleanings. You barely known you are eating the dentist! Definitely the best practice and best dental team!

The entire experience was great considering going to the dentist is one of my least favorite activities of all time. The staff was very friendly and kept me at ease during the entire procedure. We even got to laugh and joke a few times. Love this practice and HIGHLY recommend having any dental work done here! Love this office! My family and I have been going here since we moved to Colorado Springs (about 8 years). Everyone is so friendly and really helpful. My hygienist, Mary, makes it feel more like I’m sitting with a friend over coffee than getting my teeth checked and cleaned! Dr. Thompson is also very personable and makes everything easy. What are the chances that you show up at a cleaning and you can’t start your car? What are the chances that the dentist doesn’t actually have jumper cables in his car because the truck is in the shop? I’m happy to report that two women figured out how to jumpstart the car and I left with clean teeth!

Amazing service and care! Mary did an awesome job cleaning my teeth and educating throughout the process. Dr Thompson and his staff are very knowledgable, friendly, kind, and the office is world class. They offer the latest in technology to be able to provide you the highest level of care. They were amazing with every step. I was have to be honest I was nervous, I hadn’t been to a different dentist since I was a kid. My dental hygienist was great, she informed me every step of the way. The technology was unbelievable and they explained every tool and procedure that was being preformed at e wry step. The process was painless and one of the best dentist visits I have ever had. I recommend them to everyone now. If you don’t like the dentist, which let’s be honest who likes going? Pine creek dental has changed my whole outlook on going to the dentist. Over the past several years, I have had crowns, fillings, and implant dentistry performed by Dr Thompson and I am very happy with all results. Pine Creek Dental has a highly competent and cheerful staff, a brand new office with spectacular views of the mountains, and a great Spotify playlist that all make for a relaxing experience. Dr Thompson and his staff have earned my complete trust.

I always appreciate the friendly staff - their smiles and energy and help with billing questions. Dr. Thompson is wonderful! Very down to earth and knowledgable. He explains things well and shows why I need to get something done through photos of my teeth - not just xrays. I have also appreciated that I can go in one day to get my crown and it's complete. No temporaries and no additional appointments because he uses state of the art equipment.

I am so pleased with how my last visit went. Maura was excellent as she explained everything and moved so quickly. My appointment was at 2:00 p.m. and Judy came along to have one of her teeth checked. We came a couple of minutes early, but we were home at 2:38 p.m. Maura installed two new crowns that turn out to be the best my teeth have looked in decades. She was smooth as silk in the way she did this and during both of my appointments for these two crowns it was totally pain free!! Just impressive work in my mind!! Thanks Maura! It was also a sad visit as we learned about the loss of Cherie. Way too young. Later Judy and I talked about how we got started with Dr Thompson 20 years ago. Judy was the first. One day, she received a mailer from Pine Creek Dental. She went to sleep that night and woke up the next morning with a toothache. With that coincidence, Judy started us with Dr. Thompson and we have been with him and all his staff ever since – THANK YOU for all these years of professional dental care!

I had an implant placed whose crown was very difficult to color match. Dr. Thompson and Mara were relentless in making sure the color and shape were perfect. They sent me to a new lab after a previous lab was not able to match the color, and then fit me in when appointments were few to insure I was able to have the best service and final outcome. They even stayed after hours to get the job done, all while demonstrating the most excellent professionalism and kindness. Thank you, Dr. Thompson and Mara! I am forever grateful.

We moved here from Canada last July and started the hunt for a new family dentist shortly after. Well, I think we hit the jack pot! Dr Thompson and his staff were incredibly kind, courteous and professional. I enjoyed meeting everyone and experiencing the most thorough exam I have had to date and they were able to squeeze me in an hour earlier, in order to have time to fix chipped tooth. 🙌🏻 To top it all off, I even got to enjoy a hot cup of Tim Hortons coffee after my appointment was complete! The smell of “Home 🇨🇦🍁” in a cup. I am already looking forward to my next visit.

I’ve used Pine Creek Dental for years! I couldn’t be happier. The staff is amazing and, most importantly, their work is excellent. They put in some crowns years ago and the job and follow-up on it has been amazing. Always pain free and the highest quality. I love this place for all my dental needs. First, Dr. Thompson stands by his work and is an outstanding dentist and one I highly recommend. The receptionists are always friendly and helpful. I love all his dental assistants as he has created a cohesive and professional staff. All the Pine Creek Dental Gals are caring, encouraging, instructional, thorough, calming conversationalists and overall sweetie pies. Their "cleanings" are thorough with real-time explanations. Tooth work - fixing cavities, chipped teeth, crowns, and whatever the need, is done to make your teeth the best chompers in the city. Dr. Thompson has created a wonderful practice!... and my teeth thank him!

They are a very friendly and professional office. Did not feel rushed at all. They took the time to make sure my cavities were filled correctly so I would have no pain. Had an absolutely wonderful experience with Dr. Thompson and Mara. I came in to get a crown and was met with an incredibly kind team fully dedicated to making the experience the best possible. From the minute I stepped in, the staff were personable and incredibly professional. The crown procedure went off without a hitch and Mara took extra time to make sure my bite was good to go afterwards. Dr. Thompson explained everything in great detail and answered all of my questions. They even called back the next day to check and see how I was doing. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for an exceptional dental experience.

I have changed this review from what it was before. Previously, my hygienist was curt and rude, but I have continued going these last two years and they have drastically improved wait times for customers for your appointment, the hygienists are affable and it doesn't seem forced, and my teeth are well taken care of. They are not the cheapest dentist, but for good reason. I would recommend you go to this dentist if they are in your area

Had a dental emergency and they were able to get me in early the next morning and fixed the problem. Friendly, efficient, on time appointment, explaining what they were doing as the procedure progressed. Referred me to another dentist and set-up the appointment to do another part of the procedure. They are the best!

I went for a second opinion on an issue. The entire staff was so kind and professional, patient and understanding. They’ve obviously invested in their practice with sophisticated technology to give their patients a detailed, accurate, and enhanced experience. The exam was thorough, all the details explained to me, and the options were presented to me in a compassionate and caring manner. The office itself is gorgeous and I will be happy to return.

I was greeted promptly as I entered the office. Mary, the hygienist, ushered me into the exam room, asked me if there were any issues to address, and went about explaining the procedure to be accomplished that day. She was very thorough, and spent the time necessary to clean my teeth fully. I have always been very impressed with the hygienists friendliness, preparadness, and professionalism. Doctor Thompson always follows up with his input prior to my departure, in full support of his hygenists.

Pine Creek has very friendly, helpful, and conscientious staff and a nice new office building as of this summer. Numerous rooms are available so you can get an appointment soon and get in and out fast. They also have a great place in the lobby to set up your laptop, grab a cup of coffee, and get work done while you wait for family in back. They have some of the newest equipment and practices like painless laser cavity treatment, on-site 3D carved crowns for same-day replacement, and more. I was dental phobic and after a few bad experiences elsewhere, I let it go a little too long. They treated me with respect and gentleness and tried to make it as painless as possible to treat my inflamed and receeding gums, replace bad dental work, and bite issues on my first visits with them a couple of years ago. I realized when I was going to see them yesterday that I walked in completely relaxed and unstressed to get a couple of fillings after nearly 40 years of being terrified of dentists! I can't recommend Pine Creek Dental enough!

It's always a positive experience with the crew at Pine Creek Dental. We live in Woodland Park so it'd be much more convenient to find a dentist up here but it's always been worth the trip down. They're professionals, down-to-Earth, super friendly, and the work is top notch. Even the music in the building is great. Can't say enough good things.....and I have some pretty measurable odontophobia from childhood experiences. LOL.

I’ve used Pine Creek Dental for years. They’ve helped get my mouth in shape, painlessly, replacing my aged and cracked silver fillings with new fillings that look natural and give me a great, comfortable bite. The office is beautiful and the staff is the best. Dr. Thompson is a pro. He cares deeply about his patients. They are great with kids, too. Our whole family goes there. Dr. Thompson’s policy is that the patient should never feel pain. He makes you feel like you can speak up if anything makes you uncomfortable, even if it’s only slight. Dr. Thompson and his staff always make sure the job is done right.

Great experience and everyone is so kind. Went in for a filling and they used some technology device I haven’t seen anywhere else, I didn’t even have to get the numbing shots! They had HGTV playing on a screen above me while they were doing their thing. Then, on my way out, they gave me a before/after photo of the work they just did, a care package AND something to take home from their basket of goodies!

I’m in my sixth decade, Dr. Thompson, and Team have been taking care of my T4 almost 10 years. I’m so thankful that pine creek dental pursues, the most advanced, technology and equipment, prior to Dr. Thompson, I had inferior Dental experience and was very concerned as dental crowns & fillings were failing-thank you, Dr. Thompson. As we pick off one old filling, crown & broken teeth after another, my dental work and smile are better than ever, Not to mention my fear of the dentist is gone, it’s now a delight in going to the dentist, because at Pine Creek Dental it’s like going to the spa. Mary was an amazing hygienist and took the time to thoroughly clean my teeth and went over all my treatment with me every step of the way. I lost an old crown on Sunday that was put on by another dentist years ago. Called Pine Creek Dental and they were able to squeeze me in first thing Tuesday morning and fix it. The were able to save the old one so I did not have any unnecessary cost. I am now changing all my dental needs to Pine Creek Dental and am going back in a week for some much needed work. Best dentist in Colorado honestly. Dr. Thompson has outstanding patience and bedside manner. All of the dental hygienist that work there are all amazing and so sweet and understanding. Is very very very welcoming. I’m petrified of the dentist but after my visit today I’m doing very well and I can confidently say I will be going back for more work. Dr. Thompson, and his amazing staff, have been taking care of me and my smile since 2009! I lived in Utah for a year and came back for my regular cleanings, and currently live in Denver, and drive down for my regular cleanings (and occasional cavity replacement) because when you find an amazing dentist it's worth it! I appreciate that the staff at Pine Creek Dental always takes time to understand my needs, put me at ease by ensuring I understand my treatment, and am comfortable. They remember the smallest details from my prior visits on my next check-up (a trip I was going on, an area of tooth sensitivity, my hobbies, etc) that I forgot we talked about. Pine Creek Dental helped me when no one else would. My crown had fallen off and I called around everywhere to get it cemented back on. Other dentists even expected me to wait until May. The reception I got from Pine Creek Dental was exceptional over the phone. When I arrived in the office, same day, I was treated kindly with true caring. Everyone in the office were super real people. The modern equipment impressed me right off. The Dr was fantastic and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable to re-cement my crown. I am actually looking forward to my cleaning next month. I hope they know they probably have a patient for life.

i had a crown put in the upper, back part of my mouth and I have an extreme gag reflex. The doctor and dental assistant took extra care along with numbing spray that provided a tolerable and stress-free experience. Plus the crown was made and inserted that very hour and a perfect fit. I've had many procedures done and all of them have been painless. After neglecting her dental care for 30 years, my 90 year old mother received outstanding, painless care that restored her teeth. Dr. Thompson and his staff provide personal, professional, and perfect care in all they do for their patients.

One of the things that impressed me the most is that they remember your name when you walk in they’ll say good morning and then your name. Dr. Thompson. Has created an impeccable staff. Every single one of them are so kind, gentle caring, and helpful. Dr. Thompson is an incredible doctor. Not only is he a very knowledgeable and talented doctor but his bedside manners are the best. He is very patient and calm and never rushes you. My husband has been coming to see Dr. Thompson for many years. I have a patient of his for about seven years. I used to have a lot of anxiety about seeing the dentist but they’re so gentle and kind I no longer am afraid. As a matter of fact, we have recently had to move to Florida. It’s been about a year and a half and my husband and I both fly back we will never leave this dentist. Truly, the absolute best!!!

My son's dentist was off until the new year and his filling fell out. Called one dentist who was not accommodating, but they gave me Dr. Thompsons name and I xalled and they got us in early the next morning and did a great job. My son is special needs, but they didn't have any problems and he was very happy. Beautiful office and friendly staff.

I've been seeing Dr Thompson for the last 4 years... Absolutely the finest dental experience I've ever had... I am a dental coward and have found all I need to do is ask. I drive 6 miles out of my way to go to Pine Creek Dental. They welcome you in by name, remember things about you from the last visit, and will follow up on how you are as a person. The personal touch is amazing. The dental hygienist are masters of their craft. I lived all over the world and haven't found anyone better. So if you want courteous professionals, I don't know anyone better. I definitely recommend them. My wife fears dentist because of previous dentist, but she likes Bill and his team.

My family and I have been seeing Dr Thompson and his staff since 2011, every-time I see them I feel the need to write a review and I am a person who always feels like there is not enough time in the day to so but here I am. I went on Google maps to see how to type in a review and saw that someone gave them 3 stars and I was super shocked , then kept reading and realized I needed to write this even more. First of all I’ve never tried to receive a service without knowing my prices. The review I saw stated that he was over priced. This concept is a problem with our society, people have expectations of something that they have no clue of. And yes when it comes to teeth sometimes the prices can be painful, but people really should go price around and then figure out the difference between quality and quantity. I’ve been to 4 other dentist before him and I felt he was more than comparable to their prices all of their service. Dr Thompson and his staff provides a service that is worth it’s weight in gold. They have created a community and that to me is more important than money. I’m very sad for people who can’t decipher between what they value. I am so thankful to know him and his staff. I receive nothing but the best when it comes to Pinecreek Dental staff. They always remember me even when the last time I was there was 6 months ago and sometimes longer. Extremely personable staff. I have a lot of anxiety issues when it comes to my teeth and they always listen and never make me feel like something is wrong with me. I’m sad for people who don’t experience this type of care.

I am not an established patient.. I just called to inform them my crown fell and they scheduled me ASAP and referred me to an oral surgeon ASAP. The office staff including Dr Thompson are all super friendly, kind and caring. Extremely clean environment it looks like a SPA. Dr Thompson had the latest technology to examine your teeth. I had a crown done and was able to leave with the permanent crown the same day. Best thing is it looks just like a normal tooth compared to other crowns I’ve had in the past. I am very pleased with my results. The staff are friendly and professional.

Pine Creek Dental is the BEST dental office I have ever been to! I had been seeing a dentist in Monument who told me the mercury fillings in my teeth weren’t a problem yet my teeth were horribly sensitive and going to the dentist was something I hated to do! Dr. Thompson has replaced those old fillings and my teeth are less sensitive! Jo is my dental hygienist and she’s the reason I actually look forward to getting my teeth cleaned! Dr. Thompson and his team are very professional and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Dr. Thompson and his staff are second to none, in the entire city! They exemplify everything you’d want to see in a what I imagine would be Beverly Hills style dentist office, that is Colorado Springs- family and executive friendly. State of the art equipment and science. Incredible patient rapport. Reasonable fees and insurance handling. Beautiful location on the north side. Dr. Thompson personally handled a case where my 11 year old lost a front tooth in a horrible car accident. My son is now 19 and he has beautiful teeth. He has been my personal dentist for almost 18 years. Bonus: he and his entire staff are super cool and easy to talk to. No one paid me for this review. Our family have been patients at Pine Creek Dental for more than 13 years. We even flew back for our dental appointments when we received a military assignment out of state for three years! We started here when my kids were young teens. Now I have grandkids who are patients here! My oldest daughter has autism and actually looks forward to each six month check up. She used to be so fearful of dental procedures she had to be sedated, but she has never needed that at PCD. People are always commenting on her beautiful smile. We love PCD and recommend them to all of our friends.

I have been going to Pine Creek Dental for years. The staff is amazing! They are great at explaining everything as they go. Dr Thompson is easy to talk to and let’s you ask all the questions you want without making you feel like you are wasting his time. The entire team makes you feel like family. They also use some newer technology to make your trip to the dentist as painless as possible. I am so glad I found this place after my previous dentist retired. I will not go anywhere else.

Today was my first time at Pine Creek Dental, and I’m honestly super impressed by the care give here. Before switching to this dentist I didn’t know what level of respect and genuine care that I deserved. They totally have raised my standard of how I should be treated. They are very professional, take their time to do the job right correctly and truly care about you as another human being. I brought my 9week old son in and when he woke up I received help from the ladies there so that I could complete my treatment. I took my daughter, who recently turned 3 for her first dental appointment at Pine Creek Dental and it was a wonderful experience. Our dental hygienist, Mary was so kind and patient and made her first visit fun. I was nervous my daughter wouldn’t do well, but Mary really helped her to to feel comfortable and at ease. The office is really nice and their equipment is high tech.

The minute you walk in the door you are greeted by the friendly smiles of Lauren and Tori at the front desk. Then your dental hygienist calls you back on time and completes a thorough and gentle cleaning. Lastly, always smiling and caring, Dr Thompson does a final check of your dental health and sends you on your way! Couldn’t recommend this team highly enough!

Pine Creek Dental is a total class act. We’ve been using Dr. Thompson’s services since 2007, and we aren’t going anywhere else. And it’s not just Doc Thompson: He has surrounded himself with a team of handpicked, friendly, highly-competent professionals, not one of whom our family has had so much as a peep of complaint about. The latest example: I broke a crown yesterday; today it’s fixed. That sounds easy enough, perhaps, until you consider how popular this dental practice is to its community. Nonetheless, Lauren, Tori, Cherie and Dr. Thompson all jumped through hoops in the wake of a last-minute cancellation to make sure I was able to get squeezed in. And those are just the staff I know were involved; I’m guessing a host of others jumped through yet other hoops (room and instrument prep, dental history review, etc). Except for the cancellation itself, none of that happens by chance. This team consistently runs like a Swiss watch, and the choreography is something to behold when you’re there. Even so, every time any of our family arrives for an appointment, we each feel like we’re the only patient on the lineup for the day (notwithstanding the fact every dental seat in the house is filled!). Bottom Line: If you’re looking for the best dental care in Colorado Springs, Pine Creek Dental is it, hands-down.

Great dentist, dental hygienists, and office staff! Dr. Thompson and his staff are very attentive to detail and always do their best to make their patients comfortable during procedures, in whatever way necessary. My wife recently switched our entire family to this clinic from another local dentists office and we haven't been disappointed. Great dental care for the whole family!

We have been going to Dr Thompson and Pine Creek dental since 2007 for all our dental needs. Over the years my husband and I have received numerous crowns and other dental procedures. My daughters have had several cavities filled. Every experience has been great. My oldest daughter is 28 with autism and until Pine Creek Dental she used to be very fearful of dental appointments—now she makes sure I schedule visits every 6 mos. The folks at PCD are like family as they have seen my kids grow into adults. We love to catch up during our visits. We would never consider going anywhere else!

I had to quickly change dentists after being with the same dentist for 7 years. Dr.Thompson and his staff were so kind and professional during my 1st visit! I requested a second opinion with Dr.Thompson in regards to a cavity situation and he addressed all my questions and concerns thoroughly. Lauren up front did a phenomenal job with dealing with my insurance and my multiple phonecalls. Every single person I came into contact with were truly amazing and I ended up having 3 cavities filled during my 2nd visit which went smoothly ! They even called to check in on me the day after my procedure. This establishment is extremely clean, professional and was an absolute pleasure to visit! The hygienists are stellar and so is Dr.Thompson!!

My first visit to see Dr. Thompson and staff. I felt like measures were being taken to keep patients safe. I did not have to wait long to be taken back into a room. All staff was very friendly and very thorough with procedures. Next steps were explained and I made my next appointment. I was greeted with a warm and friendly hello from Tori when I first walked in. Their office has a very warm and inviting feeling. Dana was very thorough with everything from the xrays to the wonderful cleaning that I received. She explained everything to me and was very professional. Dr. Thompson is very caring and kind. After examining my mouth and films he explained everything very thoroughly. I would highly recommend Pine Creek Dental! Thank you for taking such great care of me.

I have had some pretty bad experiences at dentists, but my experience at Pine Creek Dental was anything but. The staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. Heather the hygienist was exceptional and really seemed to care about getting to know me, my overall health and of course my dental health. Dr. Thompson was patient and explained multiple options for my treatment that other dentists have never mentioned. I am definitely going back.

I almost don’t want to give away how awesome Pine Creek Dental and Dr Thompson and his staff are, so they don’t become overcrowded :-). I have been treated by dentists in a dozen states and four countries as an ex-pat DoD contractor, as well as military dentists during my service. I’ve been a patient of Pine Creek Dental for around two years. Due to my circumstances, I go in for cleanings every four months, and after six or seven visits, I’m confident that I’m getting a very high level of care. Dr. Thompson and staff are personable, and the office is well run, with (as best I can tell) the latest technology. On one occasion, my hygienist spotted a cavity during the course of my cleaning. Dr. Thompson was able to fit me in for a filling that same day—after only about a thirty minute wait. That saved me the time and trouble of scheduling a separate appointment to get the filling, which I greatly appreciated. All in all, I’m very glad that I learned about and selected Pine Creek Dental.

The front staff was kind, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Laura, in the back, was gentle, professional, and gracious. Dr. Thompson was deliberate and was able to explain to me what is happening with my teeth. I left feeling more knowledgeable and comfortable with the thought of returning to the dentist.
