I chipped a tooth and was pretty stressed about it, but Pine Creek Dental was able to get me in quickly. Dr. Elle and Sophia were both incredibly reassuring, walking me through the treatment options and insurance estimate in a way that made everything feel manageable. I went ahead with the filling, and my tooth feels good as new. The whole experience left me relieved and genuinely happy with the care I received. Professional, efficient, and still relaxed with a good sense of humor throughout.

Today was my first treatment at Pine Creek Dental. I'd been looking for a new dental office as my old one had really declined in quality when the original dentist retired and turned it over to an inexperienced dentist just out of school. Well, I'm glad to say I am very happy with Pine Creek Dental and Dr Bill Thompson specifically. It's a beautiful office, wonderfully run, with all new, technologically advanced equipment. Dr Thompson is extremely experienced, an excellent communicator, and clearly explains what you need and what you don't need. My first exam was extremely thorough and the cleaning I received was the best I can remember. They even have a program for patients without insurance that is extremely reasonable. I'm very happy I switched to Pine Creek Dental and will be recommending them from now on!

Dr. Ellie Cochran has joined Dr. Thompson at Pine Creek Dental. She did 3 beautiful fillings today with zero pain. Even the shots were painless. All I can say is WOW! The entire team at Pine Creek Dental works together to make sure their patients get the absolute best care. They get my highest praise. If you need a dentist (you do), this is the best.

The best Dental office in Colorado Springs! High-tech and hi-touch, always professional and friendly. Dr Thompson and staff patiently review and show you any areas of concern and present a plan to address any needs. No sales tactics, just advice and professional recommendations. The ability to create crowns on-site is awesome, no temporary crowns or return visits. The computerized imaging system is top-notch.

Dr. Thompson made my dental experience the best. He makes the numbing process so smooth that you hardly even think about it, which makes everything so much easier and more comfortable. The staff is fantastic as well. I come all the way from Texas just to have him take care of my teeth. I will not go to anyone else and highly recommend him for any dental work.

My old mercury fillings are periodically wearing out. So I needed to have some new fillings done. Not only did I get in earlier than my appointment, but everything went quickly and painlessly. What makes a difference is I always receive customized care . . . a blanket, a neck support, sunglasses . . . anything I need to make me at ease. It was my first time with Natalie. Regardless of who is assisting Dr. Thompson, they are all outstanding, friendly, as well as highly skilled.

I went to Pine Creek dental from a referral, and I was very happy with the excellent and immediate service by all. My dentist was Dr Ellie, Dana took x-rays and cleaned my teeth plus fluoride treatment and Mara was the assist on four filling repairs, one of them critical after seeing what was inside an old composite filling. I was happy to get the other mercury fillings out. The bill was $1531 for fillings and with the cleaning added total was $2100. Thank you.

I accidentally forgot my appointment today and they were actually able to get me in just a little later in the day!! Heather is an awesome hygienist and took great care of me today. Mary did a fabulous job... I simply hate going to the dentist and she actually made this visit something that I will look forward to in the next six months. She was very thorough and precise when speaking about some topics that I brought up related to teeth. Also, she delivered an excellent Cleaning and examination of my teeth and overall mouth health. Had such a good experience! Friendly staff, very communicative and I’m sure my teeth are 3 shades whiter, LOL! I was there for a routine visit and cleaning and Dana was so thorough and detailed and such a sweet heart! I’m so glad I found them! I just scheduled my husband and son. Dr Thompson is as wonderful as a dentist could be! Not a fan of getting work done in my mouth and Dr. always makes sure to keep you very comfortable and out of pain. Definitely the best dental experience I’ve had and I have been a patient at Pine Creek Dental for over 15 years. I have referred people over the years and would recommend to anyone who needed a great dentist, that you will find Dr. Thompson to be that dentist!

The day before my birthday I chipped my front tooth. It had been capped but now it was jagged and I looked like a hockey player. I left a message on Sunday night and they took me in Monday at 1:20 PM! The receptionists are welcoming and full of energy, the dental assistants are great and always professional, and Dr. Bill Thompson is a kind, conversant, informative, and an outstanding dentist. Pine Creek Dental deserves FIVE STARS!

Pine Creek Dental is the best! The staff is always so friendly and welcoming—it makes going to the dentist actually enjoyable. It truly begins the minute you walk in the front door. Maura and Serenity are amazing at what they do and make you feel totally comfortable from start to finish. Dr. Thompson is super professional, explains everything clearly, and you can tell they really care about their patients. Also, their social media is so fun! You can tell the team loves working together and brings that positive vibe into the office every day. Highly recommend and love their technology!

Fantastic experience here at Pine Creek Dental. Front staff greeted me with a smile and warmth. My hygenist Dana was exceptionally skilled and thorough, from xrays to preliminary exam and photos, thru the cleaning. Personable, kind, and very skilled! I was introduced to Dr. Cochran, their new additional dentist and she was also awesome. She explained each finding in detail, laid out a very reasonable treatment strategy, and stayed as long as I had questions. We discussed the potential dental issues caused by CPAP use and she and Dana provided immediate guidance and some sample lozenges to help with dry mouth. Again, solid care all the way around. Finally I liked the fact this practice is NOT part of a larger corporate dental entity, where dentists may be pressured to push expensive, unnecessary procedures in the chase of profits. Pine Creek focuses first and foremost on care. It’s up to the patient to make final treatment decisions without feeling a sense of compulsion. I highly recommend Pine Creek Dental to everyone needing expert dental care!

I was a new patient at Pine Creek Dental this week and had a great experience! Everyone from the hygienist to the doctor and the support staff, we’re very thorough, and caring. Overall great customer service. My x-ray identified a problem with my molar and they got me set up with the surgeon immediately. Highly recommend!

Heather is incredible, pure joy... yet, from the moment you walk through the doors to the time you leave you experience nothing like your typical dental office... this place is incredibly warm and gentle... additionally, they are filled with His grace.
