What a great place. The minute you walk in you are greeted with a smile 😊. Went for a cleaning and the Hygienist was thorough and went out of her way to explain every detail. I was so impressed with the relaxed atmosphere. If you dread going to the dentist for the 6 month Cleaning or maybe that super sore back molar that now has become a nagging, painful 😣 bridge… well need I say more. I definitely recommend Dr. Thompson and his crew.

My Prosthodontic recommended Dr. Thompson after changing dentists for 3 times, having no good experience, finally sent a text in the app chat, explained my concerns and immediately they called me and scheduled my first appointment. Dr. Thompson was so kind and professional, He explained what He was going to do that day, and the next steps to come . I am wanting to remark on no rush in any moment, generally most office patients are just a number. I believe for most of the patients it is so important to be treated with professionalism and respect. I finally found it at Pine creek dental, Thanks so much Dr. Thompson and all the stuff. My second appointment was with Lynae Dental Hygienist, very gentle, kind, and professional, also had a 3rd appointment with Dr. Thompson for a filling. His dental assistant was Maura, so patient and professional, I was so nervous because of my traumatic experiences with other Dentists here in Colorado Springs. Everything was great. Thanks so much Dr. Thompson and team.

It all started when I broke a front tooth on the same day I had a date lined up! Called my dentist, soonest they could get me in was weeks out. Called Pine Creek, they told me to come in immediately and Dr. T fixed it. Second minor emergency happened and again PC saw me immediately! If this wasn't enough to convince me this place was the absolute best, they are also an incredibly talented and skilled team who really care about their patients. So glad I broke that front tooth and met Dr. Thompson and now Dr. Ellie is beautifully fixing all my problematic teeth and restoring my confidence when I talk & smile. Thank you. 10/10

Today was my first visit to Pine Creek Dental. Mary was my hygienist and I saw Dr. Ellie. They and their staff were all very GENTLE, kind and knowledgeable! Being a retired hygienist myself, there are certain things you look for in a dental practice. Pine Creek Dental has fit those things so far! I would highly recommend them!

The only dentist I trust now with years of proven trust-building experience for me and my family. Prior to visiting Dr. Thompson, I had trauma associations from prior dentists, to include severe pain and being left with my mouth braced open for way too long (causing jaw pain for days and TMJ problems) while the dentist treated other patients as two examples. I am grateful for the quality of care and personal kindness of Dr. Thompson, the hygienists and dental assistants who make up the Pine Creek Dental team.

Today was my first treatment at Pine Creek Dental. I'd been looking for a new dental office as my old one had really declined in quality when the original dentist retired and turned it over to an inexperienced dentist just out of school. Well, I'm glad to say I am very happy with Pine Creek Dental and Dr Bill Thompson specifically. It's a beautiful office, wonderfully run, with all new, technologically advanced equipment. Dr Thompson is extremely experienced, an excellent communicator, and clearly explains what you need and what you don't need. My first exam was extremely thorough and the cleaning I received was the best I can remember. They even have a program for patients without insurance that is extremely reasonable. I'm very happy I switched to Pine Creek Dental and will be recommending them from now on! Since then, I've had a bit of a dental emergency. I cracked a crown on a Saturday. Called on Monday morning and they got me in that day. Made the crown at the office, installed it all in about three hours and for a really good price. All I can say is my expectations have all been exceeded!

I had a wonderful experience here. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. I just moved to the Colorado Sorings area a month ago and happen to choose this dental place from online. It was a great choice! They took such great care of me and explained everything to me as it was happening. They have TVs on the ceiling for when the need to do cleaning or other jobs! I recommend Pine Creek Dental to anyone. My whole family is going to go there! Oh and don’t even get me started on the amazing views you have from the windows! 10/10!

Every time I go to this Dental Practice everyone is always so friendly and professional. I go every 4 months if not having any problems and my Hygienist Dana is wonderful. What can I say about Dr Thompson so kind and thorough, never pressures you just tells what he recommends and says you let staff know. He is a real gem!! I

I've come to Pine Creek for years and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else! Dr. Thompson is always great. I met Dr. Ellie for the first time and she was fantastic! Mary and Lynae are wonderful hygienists who, you can tell, really care about us as a patients and the quality of their work. I always leave happy!

I chipped a tooth and was pretty stressed about it, but Pine Creek Dental was able to get me in quickly. Dr. Elle and Sophia were both incredibly reassuring, walking me through the treatment options and insurance estimate in a way that made everything feel manageable. I went ahead with the filling, and my tooth feels good as new. The whole experience left me relieved and genuinely happy with the care I received. Professional, efficient, and still relaxed with a good sense of humor throughout.

Dr. Ellie Cochran has joined Dr. Thompson at Pine Creek Dental. She did 3 beautiful fillings today with zero pain. Even the shots were painless. All I can say is WOW! The entire team at Pine Creek Dental works together to make sure their patients get the absolute best care. They get my highest praise. If you need a dentist (you do), this is the best.

The best Dental office in Colorado Springs! High-tech and hi-touch, always professional and friendly. Dr Thompson and staff patiently review and show you any areas of concern and present a plan to address any needs. No sales tactics, just advice and professional recommendations. The ability to create crowns on-site is awesome, no temporary crowns or return visits. The computerized imaging system is top-notch.

Dr. Thompson made my dental experience the best. He makes the numbing process so smooth that you hardly even think about it, which makes everything so much easier and more comfortable. The staff is fantastic as well. I come all the way from Texas just to have him take care of my teeth. I will not go to anyone else and highly recommend him for any dental work.

My old mercury fillings are periodically wearing out. So I needed to have some new fillings done. Not only did I get in earlier than my appointment, but everything went quickly and painlessly. What makes a difference is I always receive customized care . . . a blanket, a neck support, sunglasses . . . anything I need to make me at ease. It was my first time with Natalie. Regardless of who is assisting Dr. Thompson, they are all outstanding, friendly, as well as highly skilled.

I went to Pine Creek dental from a referral, and I was very happy with the excellent and immediate service by all. My dentist was Dr Ellie, Dana took x-rays and cleaned my teeth plus fluoride treatment and Mara was the assist on four filling repairs, one of them critical after seeing what was inside an old composite filling. I was happy to get the other mercury fillings out. The bill was $1531 for fillings and with the cleaning added total was $2100. Thank you.

Not only are you all professional in explaining your process of care, it is done with kindness and respect. Dr. Bill Thompson has a great sense of humor and he is so information on many topics of interest. I absolutely love going to his office and talking with his team. I have been a patient here for about a year and a half. This office is so accommodating!! I accidentally forgot my appointment today and they were actually able to get me in just a little later in the day!! Heather is an awesome hygienist and took great care of me today.
